Foundation Workshop: 150 hours
(50 Anatomy, Physiology and Kinesiology + 100 hours massage theory and demonstration
Includes requirements as outlined from the Hawaii State Board of Massage
420 hours Apprenticeship Full Program

$500 for a 10 months payment plan (+ tax)
Includes clinic, advanced technique workshops
Clinic – twice a week
Massage clinic held Monday and Wednesday evenings from 5 – 9 pm at the Golden Lotus Studio and Massage School
affordable massage for the community. $35 per hour.
Students will be offered advanced techniques and ongoing training with our talented staff as well as the experience of working with the public. We feel this is an important opportunity for encouragement and ongoing learning.

Clinical operations = 70 hours:
30 hrs- Sanitation-application of Dept of Health regulations, linen, towels
30 hrs – Office procedures- answering ph, taking appointments, client rapport
10 hrs – record keeping (apprenticeship log form, client records and assessment)
Advanced techniques = 40 hours ( observation and consulting) These hours are provided by a the advanced level workshops
Hands on supervised massage with record keeping = 310 hours (208 clinics hours included as part of this requirement)

7 – Weekend Workshops
These workshops are provided by Golden Lotus Instructors. They will provide 24 hours each towards the 310 hands on supervised massage hours as well as the 40 hours of advanced technique required for licensing by the Board of Massage (see above)

3) Thai massage
4) LA Stone therapy
5) Thai Foot Massage
6) Dynamic Deep Tissue
7) Spa Treatments and Review for Licensing Test; includes review of Hawaii State Laws, Rules and Regulations (HAWAII ADMINISTRATIVE RULES TITLE 16 DEPARTMENT OF COMMERCE AND CONSUMER AFFAIRS CHAPTER 84)
