Golden Lotus Studio Rental Rates & Policies
1. Dance studio hourly rental -$25 an hour ( 50% deposit on booking )
$80 ½ day ( 4hours) $125 full day -(8 hours )
(over 8 hours additional @ $25 an hour)
2. Dance Studio prime time hours – weekends
Saturday 10 -6pm; ( hourly rental available before 10am and after 6pm)
Sunday 10 – 6pm ( hourly rental available before 10am and after 6pm)
special arrangements may bemade by agreement with owners
Friday night prime hours 6pm – 10pm; hourly classes need to end by 6pm
3. Dance Studio Events Rental $25 an hour
or 20% of door/income which ever is greater
concerts, parties, special events…..
3. Owners discount on classes & events: 50%
4. Healing/massage rooms : $ 15 an hour ; $45 1/2 day ; $60 full day ( over 8 hours $15 additional per hour)
massage, consultations, counseling, meditation, for small groups up 8 people
5. Booking and refunds
- 50% deposit on booking – full payment due 15 days prior to rental dates
- 50% deposit if refundable wiht 30 days notice
$10 retained for processing
Policy may be adjusted or changed with no prior notice.
We will make every effort to notify renters when policy
changes. Please make sure you are up to date with our current policies by
inquiring.
